Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NinjaTrader Xen, an AI-assisted software-development service operated by ClickAlgo Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. Description of the service

NinjaTrader Xen generates, explains and modifies C# and NinjaScript source code for NinjaTrader. It provides technical software assistance only and does not provide financial, investment or trading advice, trading signals, brokerage services or investment recommendations.

2. AI-generated output and user responsibility

Generated code and explanations may be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure or unsuitable for their intended purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, compiling, backtesting and testing all output in simulation before use. You must ensure that your code and its use comply with applicable laws, regulations and NinjaTrader platform rules.

3. Trading risk

You accept full responsibility for trading decisions, deployments, losses and damages arising from your use of generated output. Past, hypothetical or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. Please read our Risk Disclaimer.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, evade limits, access another user's account, introduce malicious content or use the service unlawfully.

5. Credits, payments and refunds

NinjaTrader Xen uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed as the service is used, and pricing, limits and availability may change. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Purchased credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase only when they remain unused. Used credits are non-refundable, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual property

ClickAlgo branding, software and site content remain the property of ClickAlgo Limited or their respective licensors. Subject to these Terms and any third-party rights, ClickAlgo Limited does not claim ownership of the trading ideas you submit or the generated code supplied for your use.

7. Availability, suspension and termination

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access where these Terms are breached or continued access presents a legal, security or operational risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickAlgo Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including trading loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, business interruption or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of them. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
